They act as a safety coach, developing strategies to foster a culture of safety within the company. The CTSP program equips them with a comprehensive understanding of safety concepts and the skills to communicate these effectively. By employing a CTSP, we ensure our rigorous safety program prioritizes the well-being of our arborists, your property, and your neighbors’ property.
Every member of the Treemaster crew is trained with the American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid & CPR course as well as aerial rescue.

This credential recognizes ISA Certified Arborists® who have reached the pinnacle of their profession. In addition to passing an extensive scenario-based exam, candidates must abide by a Code of Ethics, which ensures quality of work. Fewer than two percent of all ISA Certified Arborists® currently hold this certification.
